Seaweed soup with oysters

Ingredients

water 1000ml
dry seaweed 20g
oysters 150g
soy sauce 2st. l
sesame oil 1 st. l
garlic 1h l

Cooking method

  • Miek-Kuk - Korean seaweed soup can be prepared with meat, chicken or fish, I would like to suggest that you cook this simple and healthy dish with oysters.
  • Cover the seaweed with water and let sit for 15 minutes. Squeeze the cabbage from the water and put it in a saucepan. Do not pour out the remaining water after soaking, it is useful for vitamins and minerals, add it to the soup. Add sesame oil to the cabbage and saute over medium heat, then cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook the cabbage for five minutes, then add the oysters (you can add any seafood instead of oysters), cook for another five minutes, then add the garlic and soy sauce. After two minutes, the soup can be served. I wish you bon appetite and longevity !!!
