Ingredients

Dough
wheat flour / grade 550 gram
milk 200 grams
water 100g
honey 85 grams
butter (margarine) 60 grams
salt 2 teaspoons under the knife

sugar 150-200 grams
cocoa 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • Dough
