Pink vinaigrette with crab sticks

Ingredients

Crab sticks (or crab meat) 1 package - 400 gr.
Beet 1 PC. average
Carrot 2 pcs. middle
Eggs 4 things.
Hard cheese 150 gr.
Pickled champignons 150 gr.
Cilantro optional
Homemade mayonnaise serving for 1 egg
Seasoning to taste and at will
Ground coriander to taste and at will

Cooking method

  • Do you love crab sticks? No, I'm asking: do you love crab sticks the way I love them? And I, girls, love them faithfully and selflessly ... and therefore today I want to offer another variation of a delicious salad-vinaigrette with their participation in the lead role :)
  • We boil the beets and carrots, and if you want to be known as ingenious for your eaters, bake them in foil (you can put them in the oven, attach it somewhere on the side when you bake your next pie - a masterpiece, or you can also in a slow cooker), cool, peel and cut into cubes, the size of which depends solely on your preferences :)
  • Boil chicken (or quail) eggs hard-boiled and grind them in the same way.
  • We remove the champignons from the jar and, overcoming the desire to eat them all just like that, we cut them into pieces of the same size.
  • Three hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Grind the cilantro.
  • We mix everything, seasoning with homemade mayonnaise. Now I will show all the harmfulness of my character and I will categorically insist (a smiley face that dulls its feet on the floor and makes a funny threat): mayonnaise MUST be homemade. We prepare mayonnaise according to any recipe you know. Mine consists of 1 egg, 1.5 tsp. favorite mustard, 1.5 tsp. lemon juice, 0.5 tsp. salt, a generous pinch of ground black pepper, 0.25 tsp. sugar specified in the ingredients of dry herbs and about 150 ml. refined sunflower oil (sometimes dotsya show off and add a spoonful of olive oil).
  • Well, that's all - as always, simple, fast, clean and absolutely not troublesome. Well, and how delicious it is - to judge you and your loved ones :))) We love it very much - try it too :)

In my amateurish opinion, the quality of any salad is 92 percent dependent on the quality of slicing of its ingredients (the remaining 8 percent is the cook's love put into the salad).
If you are already familiar with our grandfather from the history of the orange chicken recipe, then I can tell you that from the time of my childhood and until now, all the cuts in our house (be it salads, cheese, sausages, bread, fruits, and so on) were always on it, always: just for the morning breakfast and for the arrival of guests. For salads, grandfather does not recognize the size of a cube more than 0.4 mm (therefore, when grandfather prepares a salad, our BOSCH cube nervously smokes on the balcony); homemade bread cut by our grandfather can be safely put into a sandwich maker (well, you know what I mean?), any slicer can envy the elegance of sausage slices that come out of grandfather's favorite knife, to read the newspaper, but also to watch my favorite movie None of the above talents with genes, unfortunately, was passed on to me, and therefore when we drink tea with cheese at my grandfather's, he always asks my daughter without a hint of humor: "How do you cut cheese: intelligently or how does your mother cut? " Girls, my salad is not my grandfather's, so forgive me for bad manners :)))
