Oven-baked chicken soufflé

Ingredients

chicken fillet 1pc (700gr)
eggs 6 pcs
semolina 4 tbsp. l.
cream 150 g
butter 100 g
bouillon 4 tbsp. l.
seasoning and salt to taste

Cooking method

  • Boil chicken fillet until tender, cool. Pass the fillet and chilled butter through a meat grinder (through a fine wire rack). Beat the whites into a strong foam. Add yolks, cream, broth, semolina and a little spice to the scrolled fillet and beat with a mixer. (No salt was added, the fillet was cooked with the addition of salt). Then add whipped proteins to the meat and mix very gently. Put in a greased form (I greased with butter) and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool the finished soufflé slightly and cut into portions.

The dish is designed for

8-10 servings

Time for preparing:

60 minutes if chicken breast is cooked

Cooking program:

stove, meat grinder, mixer

Note

I went through old recipes and found a clipping from the newspaper of this souffle, I really liked this recipe according to the description and decided to cook it, there is a chicken soufflé on the forum, but there it is prepared in a slow cooker, and this is in the oven. The soufflé turned out to be very tender and tasty, it is well cut, you can serve it with broth and with a side dish. Maybe someone will be interested in the recipe, and most importantly for the kids to cook it well, or there is nothing sharp and sharp in it.
