Carrot 1 kg.
Turnip onion 1 kg.
Tomatoes 1 kg.

Sugar 4h l.
Salt 4h l.
Vegetable oil 2 glasses
Sauce 1/2 l. bank.

Cooking method

  • While the harvesting season is in full swing, I hasten to share with you delicious caviar!
  • The recipe was originally designed for cooking on the stove, in a saucepan, but this year I was drawn to the experiment, and it was lazy to stand at the stove :))), so I am writing a recipe in 2 versions.
  • As in the original, and in parentheses, an option for the Mv Panasonic 18.
  • So let's get started ...
  • This is what is needed.
  • Squash caviar Babushkina in a Panasonic 18 multicooker or on the stove
  • I have half of the recipe here, so don't be surprised that there are so few.
  • Cut zucchini and onion into cubes, carrots into strips / grated, tomatoes into large cubes. Put everything in a saucepan (MB bowl) in layers: tomatoes, zucchini, onions, carrots.
  • Squash caviar Babushkina in a Panasonic 18 multicooker or on the stove
  • Squash caviar Babushkina in a Panasonic 18 multicooker or on the stove
  • Squash caviar Babushkina in a Panasonic 18 multicooker or on the stove
  • On the stove, you need to simmer for 1.5 hours, stirring, (in Мв, the "Stew" mode is 2 hours, but in the end I got 1.5 hours of stewing, and 20 minutes the "Baking" mode).
  • Here's what happened.
  • Squash caviar Babushkina in a Panasonic 18 multicooker or on the stove
  • Slakga cool vegetables, so that you can without risk of scalding, pass through a meat grinder.
  • Squash caviar Babushkina in a Panasonic 18 multicooker or on the stove
  • Add spices, sauce and oil to vegetables.
  • Squash caviar Babushkina in a Panasonic 18 multicooker or on the stove
  • Squash caviar Babushkina in a Panasonic 18 multicooker or on the stove
  • Again, return everything to the stove (in MB), and simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours (in MB, the "Extinguishing" mode is 1.5-2 hours. This is what we have after the specified time.
  • Squash caviar Babushkina in a Panasonic 18 multicooker or on the stove
  • Spread the prepared caviar in prepared jars, roll up, wrap with a blanket until it cools completely.
  • FSE, it's done!
  • Yes, for a long time, and a little dreary, but in the presence of MB, it turned out not so tiring for me.
  • I am silent about the taste, I cannot compare it with store-bought caviar.
  • We are waiting for winter, and enjoy :)))!

The dish is designed for

10 cans of 500 g each. (In MV, 5 cans of 720 ml came out of 1/2 the norm.)

Time for preparing:

Long

Cooking program:

Stove / Mv Panasonic 18 / Handles

Note

I decided to share a recipe for delicious caviar, how many recipes have been overcooked, but it's not that!

And this recipe was liked by all my homemade ones, therefore it stuck!

Hope someone will like it too!

Yesterday there was a little caviar left, did not go into the jar, literally 2 tbsp. l, my husband ate with the words "Give ischo", I say netuti, a mustache in jars ... ...

V-tina
Ksyusha, took to bookmarks
Trishka
V-tina, Very nice to hear; thank you !
Hope you enjoy it!
Irgata
Trishka, Ksyusha, if any blender with iron leg - the process is simplified at times, and speeds up = vegetables are stewed until cooked + the rest of the ingredients - until cooked = immediately blended directly in the bowl (saucepan) = in jars.
Taniushik
TrishkaThanks a lot for the recipe! The main thing for me is that MV !!! Well, I don't like to stand with saucepans at the stove, I take them to bookmarks.
Until the garden zucchini has completely departed, we need to have time to do it, because we love caviar.

I just have questions - did you sterilize the banks beforehand? And should it be stored in the refrigerator or at room temperature?
IrshaWill the bottom of the bowl get scratched? As an option, I thought, you can process it in a chopper from a blender.
Trishka
Irsha, Irish, yes this is a good option, and I also have a blender, but unfortunately the bowl is only Teflon, and I was afraid to blender, but yes, it will be even faster!
Trishka
Taniushik, Tanya, come to me for you, good!
Significantly like this:
Jars and lids can be sterilized! I sterilize the cans in the oven at 100 * 15-20 minutes, it is possible more, the lids are also boiled in water in a saucepan for time.

I keep the prepared caviar warm in the closet!

can you take a minute in a micro
Quote: Trishka
and I was afraid to blender

if a good blender, not a damn thing with it
And finally you can do it in a blender-soup cooker, but this is not an industrial scale, kaneshna, but for a couple of cans ...
Trishka
SchuMakher, Man, and I somehow tried it in the microscope, so I had such a boom, the water exploded straight, and once the bank burst, and I don't mess with it anymore, and there are more banks in the oven.
And, about a blender, you need to try on which thread a saucepan, which one is no longer a pity.

so I had such a boom, the water blew up straight

Duc without water must be put ... I wash them and put them without wiping for 2 minutes at full power and truncated, death to microbes
Trishka
In, I'm a cardboard fool, and I put it on with water and wonder why they drink from me ...
But, it's probably good when you need a little cans, right?
And if the whole company, it is better in the oven
SchuMakher

But, it's probably good when you need a little cans, right?

well, it all depends on the mutual sizes ... 800 pieces 5-6 will fit, and a lot of small ones fit

Thank you very much!
I, too, sterilized in the microne while I was without an oven, but I chose the Convection mode for about 10 minutes, and the lids were in boiling water.

Girls sorry for doubting the child helps :-)
Trishka
, Tanyusha, good assistant, correct, Schaub mom didn't hurt herself!
Trishka
SchuMakher, Man, yeah, but I close the sorrel with small ones!
Irgata

Will the bottom of the bowl get scratched?
nooo, the knives do not protrude beyond the peri-knob corolla or pins, as in bamix
Irgata
Quote: Trishka

don't be afraid, the knives are neither on the bottom nor on the walls do not hurt, they are inside either corolla or pins !!!
SchuMakher
Irsha, exactly!

But it doesn't hurt to check, I bought Maxel out of poverty and decided to make foie gras .... still a saucepan from Panas in circular patterns And nothing, as it did not burn, does not burn, although it has been for 6 years ... blah, what a quality !!!!
Trishka
Here I am, I need to test it on an unnecessary keyboard !!
Taniushik
Well, on the weekend, in two visits, I turned 4 kg of zucchini into a yummy with the help of multi 4 kg. I note right away that there are no coincidences with the store - a completely different taste. The first batch was crushed in a blender grinder, it turned out to be a slightly grainy consistency, with Krasnodar sauce TM Runa --- according to our taste, we need to add more salt, it came out sweetish. The output from the calculation is 2kg of zucchini-6pcs * 0.5l. There was a bowl, then in a moment it left as a snack :-) And the second batch was ground in a blender of a food processor, then it turned out to be a more mushy consistency, and I made it with TM Chumak Kherson sauce, put salt for 3 hours. l. It tasted different from the first batch, we liked it even more. Output 2 * 0.7 2 * 0.5 2 * 0.48, a bit left for the sample.
So Ksyusha thanks again for the recipe
Trishka
Taniushik, oh, how wonderful that everything worked out, thanks for the feedback !!!
And as for salt and sauce, yes, you probably need to pick it up to your taste !!!
Someone likes it sweeter, someone is sharper !!!
But, all the same, caviar turns out to be much tastier than store-bought caviar, from which I personally always have heartburn ...
Taniushik
I think tomatoes give sweetness plus different sauces. And my mother also asked me to put apples.?, I say no ...she, they say, in my recipe with apples was caviar (used to roll) ,,,, well, I say, this recipe without apples. By the way, there is applesauce in Runovsky sauce, but not in Chumak. And all the more delicious, natural, you know what you give to the child!
Trishka
So the most important thing is that you know what it is made of, the only store sauce, there you also need to look at the composition, although I somehow even cooked the sauce myself, so there are apples in it, but it's a painfully dreary recipe, it turns out a little, it takes a long time to cook, delicious of course ...
Sweetheart
Isn't it easier to grind everything first, and then to cartoon?
Lerele
Or you can do it not in a multicooker, but in a pressure cooker, it will work out even faster.
And if in the staff, then there is a stainless steel saucepan, nothing will be scratched.
Trishka
Sweetheart, Tanya, I don't know, but the grandmother who gave me the recipe insisted on just such an option, the recipe is old, and then there were no devices, maybe all together is possible, and right away, I honestly did not try ...

Added Wednesday 10 Aug 2016 10:20 AM

Lerelechka, and this is probably possible, it will be even faster, but in time ...
Lerele
Trishka, I just used a different recipe to make caviar in the stock, so I know exactly what is possible.
And the time is 30 minutes.
I put yours in the bookmarks, as we eat the previous one, I will definitely try.
ket66
Trishka, thanks for the recipe, I will. I really like to do it in multicooker, as everything happens quickly.

And you can not do a multicooker, but in pressure cooker, so it will turn out even faster.

You can, you can! In any pot, you can

Easier of course! But I noticed one thing, when you put just chopped vegetables, they don't "spit", but if you grind them from the very beginning of cooking, they sprinkle in all directions. Therefore, I carcass until cooked in pieces, then a blender, bring to a boil and that's it. But this is purely my observation. I have been making caviar for a very long time, for about 25 years, and only now.
Sweetheart
Oh, I'll start today or tomorrow. True, at the dacha I have a powerful Redmond, well, nothing)) I'll try this and that
Trishka
Sweetheart, Tanya then write what and how, and which one tastes better, maybe the taste is different from how it is prepared?

just cut, then they do not "spit"
and I noticed.
OlgaYUB
So my conclusion is correct! Ksyusha!
Trishka
Aha!
Sweetheart
Oh, just now I noticed that there is no vinegar. It turns out without vinegar at all?
verolni
Ksyusha, thanks for the recipe - it turned out very tasty!
I chopped everything finely - in 1 hour everything was stale, I "brought" with my foot "to the condition" + spices, etc., -
put it on to stew - began to spit - put it in a saucepan and cooked on gas - 30-40 minutes - we won't wait for the winter, for sure
Sweetheart
The first batch is closed! First, she stewed on gas (even a half portion did not fit into the cartoon), after the blender she stewed in the cartoon. Today the jar, where the remains of caviar were, was licked. Very tasty, although I didn't appreciate it yesterday hot. I really hope that it will reach the winter)
Trishka
Sweetheart, Tanechka, verolni, girls, thanks for trusting the recipe, I'm glad you liked it!
I hope that at least something will survive until winter ...

Tell me, was it whipped well with a blender, like a store one or not?
I still can't get this homogeneous through a meat grinder ...
Taia
Ksyusha, with a blender it turns out to break through the mass much more uniformly, this will not work with a meat grinder.
Trishka
Thank you, it's good that I have a blender now, I will simplify the process ...
verolni
Ksyusha, yes, the blender works very well - uniformly and quickly, and you don't have to wait until it cools down (be careful, of course)

Posted Monday 22 Aug 2016 11:12 AM

This is the best praise for the recipe!
For a separate blender!

Katya1234
Trishka,
Ksyusha, a similar recipe (in composition) from Oksana (Omela). The cooking method is, of course, different.

But you do not need to grind with a blender in a multicooker Teflon bowl. You won't scratch the blender knife, but you will definitely scratch the outer part of the blender's leg.
Trishka
Quote: Katya1234
grind in a multicooker teflon bowl
Well, of course, otherwise goodbye saucepan ...
verolni
And I again boiled caviar according to your recipe. That year the caviar did not even reach the New Year, now it has improved - it has closed more. Thanks again for the recipe!
Trishka
verolni, oh, how nice that I liked the recipe!
I forgot about her .... thanks for reminding me!

To me on "you", ok?
verolni
OK,
