  • Ingredients:
  • Dough:
  • 3 tbsp. flour;
  • 2 tbsp. Sahara;
  • 1.5 tbsp. cold water;
  • 2 tsp soda;
  • 2 tbsp. l. vinegar;
  • 0.5 tsp salt;
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • 0.5 tbsp. cocoa powder;
  • 12 g vanillin.
  • Glaze:
  • 4 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 0.25 tbsp cocoa powder;
  • 1.5 tbsp. water (or 0.75 st. milk + 0.75 st. water);
  • 2 tbsp. l. starch.
  • Cooking:
  • 1. Pour all loose dough ingredients into a bowl.
  • 2. Pour in vinegar, water and vegetable oil.
  • 3. Whisk, pour the mixture into a greased split mold. Put in an oven preheated to 170-180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
  • 4. Take out, cool and put on a dish.
  • 5. Prepare the filling: Pour 1.5 cups of water (or milk and water in half) into a saucepan. Add sugar, cocoa powder and stir.
  • 6. In 1/4 Art. dilute water 2 tbsp. l. starch, pour into a saucepan with a thin stream. Put it on the stove.
  • 7. As soon as it begins to thicken, remove from heat, cool, pour in the pie.
  • The dessert turns out to be very lush, airy and soft. Great pie to be served with tea.
