Melon and lemonade sorbet with thyme

Ingredients

lemonade Duchess 500 ml
skinned melon 500 g
a few sprigs of thyme
buckwheat honey 1 tbsp

  • Put all ingredients in a blender bowl and puree. Transfer to container. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. If you have an ice cream maker, just follow the manufacturer's instructions, if you freeze in the freezer, you will need to take it out and stir from time to time.
