Pomace sauce

Ingredients

pomace of fruits or vegetables 500g
onion 100g
fruits, bell peppers and / or tomatoes 500g
chilli 1 PC
hops-suneli 2 tsp
salt 15g
sugar 20g
vinegar 9% 20g
vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • A great option for using pressed fruits and vegetables after a juicer. The consistency immediately turns out to be thick, like a good sauce. In this case, I had apple presses, pepper and plums. Also a good pairing is apple pomace and tomato or bell peppers, tomato pomace and bell peppers or apples (or plums). Depending on the composition, I vary the seasonings - I often add coriander, garlic, mustard, fresh herbs, mint. In any case, wash, clean, cut fruits or vegetables. Mix the pomace with onions, chili peppers, prepared fruits and / or vegetables, salt, sugar and spices. Heat to a boil with continuous stirring, add vinegar and oil and break with a blender. We lay out on prepared sterile jars and sterilize for 10-15 minutes, depending on the volume.

Linadoc, Linochka!
Bookmarked! In spite of the fact that the squeezes are now just "to grab" - this sauce will have to be made too!
lappl1
Linochka, this is what you need! Class! I will definitely do it. Until then, bookmark! Thanks for the recipe!

Ludmila, Luda, well, "such a song has gone" with push-ups.

Linochka, don't talk! Now it is no longer clear what is more important - juice or pomace?

Although the juice for cider and champagne is sacred!

kubanochka
We'll have to get briquettes of frozen pomace from the freezer. I'll make the sauce ... Lina! Admit it, will you think of something else now or will you let me sleep until morning?

Yes, it would not let me go at all, there was simply no Internet. So it has accumulated.

Lina, thanks for the recipe! A fun way to use juice waste. I will apply.
Linadoc
elena kadiewa, Len, send the address, I'll send you a ton of pomace.
Galina Iv.
Lenusik the headman had -2 today !! And soon it will snow! How does she manage to grow something else in such a climate ..
Linochka, how beautiful and sure it's delicious!

That year I made sauces using squeezes! Believe me I treated them at work, let my relatives try. Now this year they will all be cooking too. Be sure to add some cinnamon - the taste will change completely! Everyone will love it. And so from spices I added everything that was and basil, celery, coriander, etc. Be sure to do
Galina Iv.
I'm one of those who can't stand cinnamon, so to each his own)
Elena Kadiewa
And I love cinnamon.Galina Iv., chtoli we are not relatives?
Lina, you don’t need a ton, I’ll fly in and take it ready.
OlgaBYu
Cinnamon somehow feels different there, not like in baked goods. I do not know how to explain, but in another way!
Galina Iv.
elena kadiewa, Lenusya, you are better for me than salted mushrooms on the table)))
Lind @
Fried onions or just raw?
Can I have garlic?
Linadoc
Olga, I don't like fried onions, but you can also fry them. You can only peel the garlic, cut off and wash the "ass", and only then cut it and put it in the sauce. And I also like a lot of fragrant greens - cilantro, dill, anise, basil, I put it at the very end.
Lind @
Thank you.
Lind @
Linadoc, how thick should the sauce be? I did it, well, almost like cottage cheese in a tube. Thick?
Linadoc
This is how it should be. It all depends on the moisture content of the pomace, mine is very dry, so the foam just slightly liquefies.
Lind @
Thank you calmed down. I will continue to compose.
Elena_Kamch
Linadocwhat an interesting sauce! I will definitely try! Can I use carrot pomace too?
Linadoc
Elena, of course, it will be very interesting!
Elena_Kamch
I made this sauce! Carrot cakes give an increased density, you need to add more tomatoes.
Since we love spicy, I put 5 pieces of hot peppers. Vkusnotaaa! You feel like a dragon!
I will continue to experiment!
Lina, thank you very much for the interesting recipe!
Pomace sauce
Linadoc
Elena, Wow! Wow!
Lind @
It seemed to me that the sauce with sweet peppers and tomatoes is no longer a sauce, but apple caviar. And if you put a carrot and a fried onion, so surely caviar. For pancakes and for breakfast.
Elena_Kamch
Yes, I'm not overjoyed with this sauce either! We went with a bang! The husband offers to make it completely raw without cooking. Let's try
With hot pepper, even as a salad for a salad, it's great!
Linadoc
Olga, Elena, here are clever girls, such inventors-rationalizers!
Elena_Kamch
Yes, Lina, I did not stop there and, at the request of my husband, decided to make the sauce entirely from raw products. It turned out another yummy
Elena_Kamch
A set of products: 5 pieces of hot peppers, tomatoes, 2 pieces of onions, horseradish root (such a fat one), 5 cloves of garlic, parsley, salt, 1 tablespoon of honey, juice of half a lemon and carrot-apple cakes.
Pomace sauce
I put everything in a blender and played it. I put it in jars. Of course, it will not be stored for a long time, but while there is an opportunity, why not bring the maximum benefit to the body !?

Linadoc
Elena, great visibility and valuable experience
I will take on arms, THANKS!
Rita
What a cool recipe! And if you put garam masala, then there will be garam masala sauce! Adore! And you can also make chutney out of this, if you add spices and more sugar.
