Ingredients

active wheat sourdough 100% moisture 300 grams
water 140 gram
vegetable oil b / s 100g
sugar 100g
wheat flour / grade 500 grams
salt 1 tsp
wet yeast (dry) 6 (2) grams
vanilla taste
sweet strong tea for lubrication
sesame seeds (poppy seeds) option

Cooking method

  • Feed the sourdough 5-8 hours before mixing. The rise time depends on the strength of the starter and the temperature.
  • Usually my leaven increases by 3 times.
  • If the yeast is compressed, then dissolve it in water. If dry, then mix with flour or according to the instructions.
  • We combine water with sourdough, stir.
  • Add sugar, salt, butter, vanilla and flour.
  • Knead the dough with a hook. Kneading for 15-20 minutes.

  • We roll the dough into a ball, put it in a greased dish and send it to fermentation.
  • Be sure to cover the dough so that it does not wind up.
  • Fermentation for 120 minutes with one stirring in the middle of the process.
  • Divide the dough with scales (this is important) into 5 parts.

  • Cover and leave to relax for 10 minutes.
  • Roll a flagellum out of each block. The flagella should all be the same length.
