Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Opara... In warm water (milk, whey, buttermilk) dissolve the sugar, crumb the yeast, add flour. We sustain the dough to a fluffy hat.
  • Dough... We mix the egg with 200 ml of milk, add the dough, gradually add the flour mixed with salt (it takes me from 4 to 5 glasses). The dough is not tight, it should stick slightly to your hands. Leave the dough to rise in a warm place until it doubles (about 1.5 hours).
  • Filling Mix sugar, cocoa and cinnamon in a plate. Melt the butter in a separate bowl.
  • Fill Melt the butter and honey. Grind separately, kozinaki. This time I took 100 grams. Kozinaki from seeds, 100 gr. from peanuts.
  • Preparation When the dough has increased enough, divide it into 2 parts, first roll out one part, grease with melted butter and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar + cinnamon + cocoa (use half of the specified in the filling)

  • We roll the dough into a tourniquet, cut into pieces about 5 centimeters thick.
  • On a baking sheet (I have 32X35), covered with parchment, pour half of the mixture of butter and honey, sprinkle with kozinaki (we also divide in half)

  • we send them to a warm place for proofing (for 30 minutes), we do the same with the second half of the dough, filling and filling.
