Ingredients

Choice small tomatoes for curling 2.5KG
Tomatoes for juice 2-3 kg
salt 20g
sugar 60g
sunflower oil 3 tbsp. spoons
vinegar 9% 2 tablespoons
allspice black pepper 5/5 pcs

Cooking method

2-.2.5 liters of juice for this amount and calculated juice is obtained and not sweet and not salty! almost tasteless but salt and sugar will change the taste of tomato juice! for yourself, you can add more salt!
