Ingredients

cucumbers
garlic 2-3 cloves
dill 1 umbrella
water 3l.

sugar 2 faceted glasses (180 gr)
mustard seeds 1 tsp (5 gr)
lemon acid 1 tsp (5-7 gr.)
sweet peas 3-5 pcs.

Cooking method

  • In a 3 liter jar - dill, not young twigs, but umbrellas with seeds 1pc, chopped garlic, peppercorns. Cucumbers that have lain in water for 20-30 minutes no more than will enter the jar. Fill with water, boiling water. Let it stand for 20 minutes, no less.
  • We drain the water, no longer use it.
  • We boil the marinade. The recipe was given, where everything is measured with a faceted stack, Soviet times. I just found such a glass (glass). Fill with marinade, add mustard seeds and citric acid. We roll up the jar with a lid, turn it over on the lid and put it "under a fur coat" (cover it with something warm).
  • Recipe from Soviet times. Such cucumbers are prepared every year and in large quantities. Mustard seeds are used for 2 years in blanks. Everyone likes.
  • Cucumbers are sweet and sour to taste.
