Vinegar 9% 1.5 cups

Horseradish root (optional) taste

Cooking method

  • Wash cucumbers and cut them lengthwise into 4-6-8 pieces, add 4 tbsp. tablespoons of salt and leave for 4-8 hours, periodically shaking or stirring.

  • Mix 1.5 cups of vinegar (I have my own apple cider vinegar) with sugar and butter and bring to a boil. I keep it in the basement. You can eat in a couple of days.
