Wonderful dough for fried pies

Ingredients
wheat flour 4-5 cups
dry yeast 1.5 tsp
water boiling water 1 glass
warm water 1 glass
sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l
sugar 1 tbsp. l
salt 1 tsp
egg yolks 3 pcs.
Cooking method

Take 3 tbsp. l flour +3 tbsp. l sunflower oil +1 tbsp. l of sugar and 1 tsp of salt, mix everything and pour 1 m glass of boiling water. Mix all this thoroughly until the lumps disappear. Let this mixture cool until warm. Pour dry yeast 1.5 tsp. Pour 1 glass of warm water and 3 yolks there. Stir and gradually add flour. The dough is sticky at first, but the longer the dough is kneaded, the better it lags behind the walls of the dishes. Flour goes somewhere 4-5 glasses, and it depends more on flour. The dough should be light, not tight. In the process of kneading, I smeared my hands with sunflower oil. This dough can also be kneaded in a bread maker by pouring a warm mixture into a bucket and then all the ingredients according to the recipe. Cover the container with the dough with a towel and let it stand for 30-60 minutes. You can start forming products. I divide into lumps weighing 60 grams, round them up and let them come up for 5-10 minutes under the film. Roll the balls into flat cakes and put the filling on them. Who loves what. Fry in boiling oil. I pour a lot of butter, the pies should float in it, and not lie at the bottom of the pan. Delicious pies are made with potatoes and fried onions + mushrooms filling. It is also very tasty with cabbage. You can also bake with a sweet filling. The dough in pies is very thin when baked. Highly recommend!
