Condensed milk 1 can
Natural cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Cream 33% 2 cups
Cream is not greasy 1 cup
Vanilla extract 1 tbsp. l
Sliced almonds 1/2 cup
Mini marshmellow 1 cup
cup = 240 ml

Cooking method

  • In a small saucepan over low heat, cook the condensed milk and cocoa, stirring constantly. When the ingredients are combined, add heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add non-heavy cream and vanilla extract. Stir and let cool. Put in the freezer to solidify and stir constantly so that there are no pieces of ice. I didn't find the mini marshmallow, so I just cut the marshmellow pigtail.Rocky Road Ice Cream When the ice cream grabs well, add the marshmallows and chopped almonds to it, stir and put back in the freezer. If using an ice cream maker, add almonds and marshmallows halfway through the process.

Note

The recipe was found a very long time ago on some English-language culinary site and really liked its simplicity and amazing result.
Rocky Road is one of the most popular ice cream flavors in the English speaking world. Despite variations in the recipe, the traditional version uses a combination of chocolate ice cream, nuts, and marshmallows. Rocky Road ice cream was invented by William Dreyer in Oakland, California in March 1929 and originally featured walnuts, which were later replaced by almonds. The year the taste began to coincide with the beginning of the Great Depression, prompting Dreyer to name the ice cream Rocky Road, literally "rocky road" (read the American economic depression of the 1930s) to "give people a little reason to smile."
