Canned tomatoes (very simple and tasty)

Ingredients

Salt
(rock salt, not extra)
1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Sugar 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Vinegar 9% 1 tbsp. l.
Parsley, garlic,
bell pepper,
peppercorns, bay leaves,
tomato

Cooking method

  • A sprig of parsley, 1 pepper (without seeds, cut into 4 slices), 3-4 cloves of garlic are placed in each 3-liter jar.
  • We lay the tomatoes, pour boiling water, cover with sterilization. lids.
  • After 5-7 minutes. pour the water into a saucepan, bring it to a boil.
  • In each 3-liter jar we put 1 tbsp. l. salt with a slide, 1 tbsp. l. sugar with a slide and 1 tbsp. l. vinegar, 5-10 peppercorns, 2-3 bay leaves.
  • Pour the tomatoes with boiling water from a saucepan so that it overflows slightly, cover and roll up. Turn over, wrap until it cools completely.

The dish is designed for

three liter jar (washed and sterilized)
