Cooking method

This is a recipe for very good, grumpy cucumbers. The taste is salty and sour sweet.
The recipe is for 1 liter can. So let's get started:
Pour cucumbers in a large container for a couple of hours with cold water.
Let's start making cans. Put spices in clean jars (dill, parsley, horseradish (if not, you can do it), carrots, garlic, pepper, cloves).
We put the water to boil and proceed to the cucumbers. We cut off the tails (for an amateur) and put them tightly in jars. We lay down with the expectation that the marinade can cover all the cucumbers and they do not rest against the lid. Pour sugar, salt and vinegar on top. And pour boiling water over everything.
Next, we put the jar in a container for sterilization (for example, a deep pan), on the bottom we put a folded old towel so that the jar does not burst. We pour water. The water in the pan should reach the jar hanger
And sterilize until the cucumbers change color and bubbles begin to appear in the jar (boiling).
Next, we take out the jar and roll it up. We put it upside down, that is, on the lid (you can not wrap it up). The jar stands until it cools down, and then we remove it to the storage place.
Here are our cucumbers and ready. All bon appetite and successful roll-ups.

The dish is designed for 1 liter jar
