Dry apple pie (Panasonic SR-TMH 18)

Ingredients

large apples 4-5pcs.
butter 80-100 g
flour 1 tbsp.
semolina 1 tbsp.
sugar 1 tbsp.
vanilla sugar 1 pack.
baking powder 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • I found the recipe for this cake on the My Bread Maker website (from Julia), it is different in its unusual preparation and is very fragrant.
  • Sift flour with baking powder and mix with sugar and semolina.
  • Grate the apples on a coarse grater, you can, probably, without the skin, but I peeled it. Grease a bowl of MB with butter and add a layer of dry mixture, then a layer of grated apples, and so on 2-3 layers. The top should be dry mix. Then put small pieces of butter on the last layer. Bake for 60 + 40 minutes.
  • Here's what happened, although the photo is not very good, but the cake is delicious and the preparation took no more than 10 minutes.

I liked the oven better. A very tasty crust formed on top, and in a multicooker it turns out to be more juicy. But I like drier pies more, so I liked the oven option more.
