People tell me please in which models of hp there is a manual mode (that is, programs that you can set yourself)? There was Brand, but alas .... and there is no way to buy a replacement. I scrolled through the Internet, but either they don't write, or they really don't do such hp. maybe some of you have similar programs in the stoves. Tell me what you can take? Let me explain the reason for this choice - we bake bread only with sourdough without any yeast. For this reason, manual programs are very convenient. Thanks in advance!

Alas, this is a delusion, in the sourdough the same yeast + symbiosis of bacteria, including pathogenic ones, where are dear ones without them

sazalexter, well, you perfectly understood what kind of yeast I meant. There is no desire to argue with you about all this. Everyone is going crazy in their own way! I have nothing to do in retirement, so I'm inventing! I didn't say I was right, did I? Didn't say! Many thanks for the links

Good day.
Please advise a bread maker in which you can make yeast-free sourdough bread in one step: put sutra in the bread maker with sourdough, flour and water and turn on the adjusted program, go to work so that there is ready bread in the evening?
Now I have a Mystery 1202 bakery, I cook bread in 2 steps: in the morning I put it on kneading, in the evening I come and put it on baking. A bit uncomfortable.
I read that some programmable bread makers, after detuning, have a kneading mode that cannot be turned off.
Is there a bread machine where you can turn it off when setting up the program?

I don't know what exactly you need, but in my old Delongy you can turn off (put 0 time) or reduce (increase) any stage of the program in time. Then save this change by assigning a number to it in the "notebook" of the stove. And next time you can select the already saved baking program.

yeast-free sourdough bread
This does not exist in nature.
1) Yeast-free bread is matzah, chapatis, Armenian lavash, soda cake.
2) Yeast bread, this is a classic bread with sourdough, leavened and pure yeast.
In fact, there is perhaps only one HP capable of baking with yeast in an automatic mode Zojirushi Breadmaker BB-CEC20 https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=159825.0
