Own salad:

(layers in order for 1 person on a large flat plate)

- oakleaf lettuce leaves (tear) - 6 pcs.;
- seasonal cucumbers - 2 small strong;
-seasonal tomatoes - 1 ripe, tasty;
- shallots - 1 (thin rings);
- feta (Greek fat) - 10 cubes with a side of 0.5 cm;
- olives (black dried) - 7 pcs.;
- quail eggs - 5 pcs. (boiled, in halves);
- parsley - 1 tbsp. l. (finely chopped);
-olive. oil (high quality).

It is advisable not to change the recipe, since it will be a different salad.

- lettuce leaves (various)

-cherry
-radish
-cucumber
-bolg. pepper
- dried olives
- sun-dried tomatoes
-feta
- quail eggs
- canned corn
-broccoli and / or green beans frozen (cook for exactly 8 minutes, cool on a paper towel)
-celery (stem)

- "Cheddar" cheese (and other hard parmesan cheese)

shallots (finally, the problem of onions in salad is solved!)
-capers
-olive. oil
-balz. vinegar (no more than 1 tsp for 1 serving)
-parsley
-basil

And so on...
