Salmon with pasta in a creamy sauce

Ingredients

Salmon 700 g
Door Blue 200 g
Any low-melting cheese [br] (Russian, Gouda, etc.) 300 g
Pasta (curly) 1 pack [br] 500 g
22% cream 0,5 l
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt, [br] a pinch of nutmeg, herbs taste
Red caviar 100 g

Cooking method

  • We sand the salmon, remove the bones, cut into pieces of 2x2 cm approximately, you can boil it in a small amount of water (I just fill it with boiling water and drain it after 5 minutes).
  • Heat the cream (but not to boil), grind the dor blue, grate the cheese. Pour into hot cream and stir vigorously until dissolved, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, herbs. Add fish to the sauce and warm it up, without interfering much, otherwise it will be porridge :)))
  • Boil the pasta, drain, put on a plate, top with salmon sauce and add a teaspoon of red caviar (it gives the dish an amazing extra touch).

in order not to clog the air I will be brief: I RECOMMEND !!!!
my only change: I took 10% cream - it would have been too fat with 20%, but I simply did not find them in our store, and I was reluctant to go to another store by the way, I warmed the sauce in the microwave, in the "defrosting mode "- great! and in order to speed up the process (not poking around with a spoon), I worked a little with a blender, take it into service
