Ingredients

Chicken fillet 200 g
Canned peas 1 can
Boiled egg 4 things.
Gelatin 14 g
Water 700 ml
Salt taste
Pepper (peas) 3 pcs.
Bay leaf 1 PC.
Vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • From this amount of ingredients, 2 tins with a volume of 350 ml are obtained.
  • Soak gelatin in 50 ml of cold boiled water and leave to swell (it took me 30 minutes)
  • Boil the chicken fillet until tender in 650 ml of water, adding salt to taste, pepper and bay leaf. Strain the finished broth, cut the boiled chicken fillet into small pieces.
  • Cut the eggs into 4 pieces. Throw the peas in a colander so that the glass is liquid (it is not needed).
  • Melt the swollen gelatin (I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds at 750 W) and mix with hot broth. On the bottom of a silicone mold, greased with vegetable oil, put the peas in a layer of 1 cm and pour the broth so that only the peas are covered. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set

  • Pour broth to the top. Put in the refrigerator to solidify completely (I put it overnight). In the morning, put a plate on the mold and turn it over. Gently pull and "wiggle" the edges and bottom of the mold - the jelly itself will be on the plate - then remove the mold. Decorate as desired. Serve horseradish mixed with sour cream 1: 2 as a sauce.

Note

The jellied one turns out to be of medium density and is a great substitute for the second dish in hot weather.
