Ice cream with baked apples, banana and cottage cheese

Ingredients

Baked sweet and sour apples 2-3 large
Banana is very ripe 1/2 or whole
Soft cottage cheese 125 gr.
Powdered sugar (depending on the sweetness of cottage cheese and apples) 2 tbsp. l.
Egg yolks 2 pcs.
Cream 32% fat 300 gr.

Cooking method

  • Wash the apples, remove the center and bake in any convenient way. I bake in the microwave, then in the multicooker, and in the oven (if it's not hot).
  • Go to the blender bowl: pulp of baked apples, banana, cottage cheese and powdered sugar. Curd I use "Gentle" without cookingbut well filtered from the whey and not sour. Perfectly prepared from all sour milk products. In this case, it is made from yogurt. Everything is whipped well until creamy. Very tasty and beautiful already (be careful, you can eat it).
  • Beat egg yolks and mix with cream, heat and simmer on a gas stove or water bath. Do not boil. Just heat well. Cool and mix with apple-banana-curd mass.
  • Then put everything in an ice cream maker.

Note

The most rewarding recipe. The consistency is creamy and does not even require stirring - just freeze.
You can talk a lot and for a long time about the benefits of baked apples. A very healthy, tasty and versatile product.
I liked the ice cream very much - the color and taste impressed me.

Angela in general, if the cream is good, then it is possible without eggs. Frozen puree is great! The main thing is not to add moisture. But it can be corrected, for example, with milk powder

Ilona is not a problem at all (mine was covered in the process) - beat with a mixer. This mass is baked apple pulp and a banana, plus cream cottage cheese already at 5. Only do it in the morning. We have summer Melba apples in our garden, they boil very quickly. I put them in a 3-liter saucepan to the bottom of about half a glass of water, (I interfere a couple of times) so that they don't immediately grab onto how to fall apart and in a blender it's a matter of a few seconds, then boil the sugar to taste and in jars. I only peel the apples. Irishka, I'm sick for you too.
