Hello everybody! I bought this stove yesterday, could not resist and looking at night decided to try to bake bread in it. I read carefully all the recommendations and tips, took the first recipe from the attached recipe book.
When kneading, it was clear that there was not enough flour, so I added literally one tbsp. spoon in the second batch. I put the crust on a dark one, covered the bread maker with a towel when baking. And this is what happened

Honestly, I'm happy with the results, especially since this is my first bread. Although on a cut, if you look closely, you can see that flour was added, and the crust seemed a little harsh to me. Nevertheless, the bread turned out delicious, soft and baked on the inside.

Good day! I made Easter cake according to the recommended recipe:

Butter cake (very small)
Yeast 1.5 tsp
Flour 300 gr
Sugar 60 gr.
Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
Salt 0.25 tsp
Butter 40 gr. (cut)
Egg 1 pc. (About 40 gr) or 2 yolks (about 40 gr)
Milk 150 ml. (heat up to 40g.)
Turmeric - on the tip of a knife (for color)
Raisins - a lot in a dispenser or on a signal

Raisins and candied fruits were added on a signal. It turned out to be quite beautiful (the barrel was fired a little) and delicious. I'm glad! It's a pity that the picture cannot be inserted.

Now I would like to find good recipes for rye and grain bread. And then from the ready-made mixtures, bread with a very coarse crust is obtained. Although I bet on a light crust ((I did not understand why, after all, on the contrary, they complain about a very light crust. Can anyone advise something?

Proportions based on 1 kg of bread:

Calculate by your weight, under the volume of the bread maker's bucket.

In your case, an enumeration of ingredients. Probably wrong with flour when loading. Need to weigh, do not measure with spoons / glasses!

We read the manual, choose the recipe you like (from the attached ones), throw quality ingredients, click the buttons: 1, 2 or 3 - according to the recipe.

Pauline, I really liked this small, neat bread maker. Of course the bread is a bit different from the Panasonic one, but the bread is baked and tasty. I bought such a bread maker for my son and daughter-in-law and gave it to me for testing. The bread is baked and brown even on a medium crust. She baked bread from one glass of liquid, the size was just for two. If not for my three bread makers, I would have bought myself one.
I did not open the recipe book, the first bread was from our forum "Italian" from Admin, and the second was my own recipe.Everything turned out amazingly.

Tried buckwheat bread today. Recipe from neta. When kneading, I added water, the dough was not very good, apparently I went over it a little, the crumb came out wet (just a little), the taste is very good, although not very buckwheat, as expected. In the notes I made a note about the amount of water, we will take it into account for the future.
Summary: at the first approximation, there is very little even, everything works out, so far I was carrying something to compare, I have it first.

The most correct recipes on the site, I use the 500 gr mode. I don't really like wheat bread, I bake (strongly said) with rye flour.

Well, a small report on this bread maker.
we have been friends with her for a couple of weeks
there are no problems with white bread at all, everything bakes, the crust is good, I use the recipes from the site, I did not even open the book (according to the advice).
now I am at war with black, but this is not the problem of this bread machine, but the problem of my leaven and time.
I'm happy with the stove, now the cons:
1) small volume of the bucket, enough only for 2 people if the eaters are very active, if not, then you don't have to worry
2) although there is a rye regime, I do not understand it, because there the kneading is at the beginning of 30 !!!!!! minutes continuously, according to all the advice from the forum - the kneading should be 10-15 minutes for rye bread + there is no special spatula, the bread maker needs help, it cannot cope with sticky rye, so the timer is excluded in this mode.
3) there is no separate program for proving the dough, which is very sad. With rye, again, you have to invent dances with a tambourine (for example, take out a spatula in the middle of kneading)
4) all programs are quite short, maximum 4 hours in French mode (and in some 6 hours)

these are still the disadvantages that I discovered for myself

summary: I really like the bread maker, it is budgetary, it bakes well, makes delicious bread, but it can be compared to a Panasonic like a Zhiguli and a foreign car, it seems like everything is the same, and you will come where you need to, but it is more pleasant to sit in a foreign car

who will not bake rye (or there is little baking, or bake in the oven, and only knead in HP) - that is a very good option.

another plus - it is very light!

today I baked bread with ham and cheese according to the recipe from the attached book - it turned out super-fried, fragrant and tasty (covered it with a terry towel on top in three layers). the scent was incredible throughout the room!
advice: if your ham is salty - reduce salt, you can put 1.5 tsp, you can even 1 tsp.
I, as not a fan of salty foods, think that the bread turned out to be a little salty.
