Sweet bread with raisins from Elena Bo in a Panasonic SR-TMH18 multicooker

Ingredients

Peeled rye flour 400 g
Water 360 ml
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Yeast 2 tsp
Kvass wort concentrate 40 g
Agram 1 tsp
Panifarin 2 tbsp. l.
Raisins at the end of the batch.

Cooking method

  • Pizza program (help flour interfere). Climb. Baking 1h 10 min - 1h 20 min watch readiness.

Note

I baked this one in MV, wonderful bread! I think if in this recipe the raisins are replaced by nuts with candied fruits, the bread will become even tastier. Just in case, the recipe will suddenly come in handy ...

Here, you can see how it turns out, however, the one in the photo without raisins and recalculated to a larger size, with raisins was exactly the same, I also recalculated it to a larger size:
