Ingredients

Potatoes (medium) 6 pcs.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Garlic 3-4 tooth.
Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp. l.
Cheese 100 g
Greens 1 tbsp. a spoonful of dried dill (or other herbs that you like)
Salt, pepper, spices taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Rub all the cheese on a fine grater.
  • 2. Chop the garlic. I like to chop the garlic with a knife because it retains more flavor.
  • 3. Combine half of the cheese with one egg and dried dill (herbs). We will cover the casserole with this mixture to form an appetizing golden brown crust. Set aside.

  • 4. Mix the second egg and remaining cheese with garlic and mayonnaise. This is a preparation for the casserole itself.

I made such a casserole today. The only change in the recipe: replaced mayonnaise with heavy heavy cream. Since I don't have an oven, I baked it in an airfryer. A crust formed very quickly (apparently, it was necessary to reduce the speed), but the inside of the potatoes remained raw. I had to go to some tricks, but in the end I brought the casserole to mind. It turned out very tasty. Thanks for the recipe. Took into service.
