Note

Made according to the recipe from the book "Bread for Sandwiches" attached to the unit. I saw in the Internet recipes with similar proportions, which were called "Toast bread", "Toast bread". However, I replaced the premium flour offered in the recipes with first grade wheat flour. Result: the bread is tasty, soft and firm. The crust is thin, flaky, cracked in one place. The crust in this model is always dark, as the middle one turns out to be pale. The bread itself does not crumble when cutting, you can cut it very thinly. And it is so elastic that even when bending the piece in half, it does not break. However, neither in taste nor in structure is similar to toast bread (toast bread should be less porous and elastic). Apparently, this is due to the higher proportion of gluten in the first grade flour. So I recommend bread, and if you want toast bread, just replace the flour with the highest grade, only by weight it needs a little less, since it is less dense. For a reference point - you need 720 milliliters of flour - according to the recipe, these are three 240-milliliter glasses (this is exactly what comes with this bread machine).

Yulia, flour of 1 grade of which manufacturer do you take? And where, if not a secret? And then in our microdistrict it disappeared from sale.
ju1ietta
Oh, Ksyusha, yes you are a countrywoman! And I take only my own flour, because I work at the Tyumen Combine of Bread Products. Unfortunately, you will not find our flour in retail (we produce only for local bakers) and it is possible for mere mortals to buy it only in the only company store on the street. Melzavodskaya is located (exactly opposite our office building). So you are welcome, for our flour is of the best quality (it does not matter whether the highest, the first or the second). Here is such an unintentional PR

Juliawhat kind of people are in Hollywood !?
I heard about this store. They say that not everyone can get to him the first time and he works for something a couple of hours just a day. It's true?
Yulia, not to the service, but to friendship, write (you can in a personal), please, the schedule of the store and the exact address. While my husband is at home, we’ll hit the road, otherwise I’ve practically not baked bread for about 4 months now - I don’t like it from the premium.

Ksyushk @ -Plushk @, oh well, it's not a secret, maybe someone else will come in handy.
Address: st. Melzavodskaya-19
Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 08-00 to 17-00. Saturday, Sunday - days off.
And the store works like a clock, so they slander

Thank you very much, Yulechka.
Let's go on Monday.

Ksenia, welcome

did everything according to the recipe, but the crust fell out. Could this be because the bread maker was in the kitchen after it was flooded, that is, dampness from the outside can affect the operation of the bread machine and the quality of the bread?
Galaxy
Thanks a lot for the tip!

I wanted to clarify on the account of the program - my Standard bread for 750 grams lasts 3 hours 10 minutes,
The French bread program lasts 3.5 hours. And in the standard program, the crust is really light. Maybe I should put on French bread, taking into account that it is longer?
