  • Fill out the forms. Cupcakes rise when baked.
  • Bake at 175 degrees
  • Grease the form with butter, sprinkle with cocoa flour.
  • According to the recipe, it is supposed to bake for 30-35 minutes in muffin molds. I baked for 25 minutes. But it seems to me that you need even less oven.
  • The toothpick should be almost clean, that is, some muffin mass can stick, the texture is close to brownies, and you don't need to bake them too much.
  • Remove from oven. Cool for 5-10 minutes. in molds, then let cool completely on a wire rack. There will be a crisp and tender inside.
