These are delicious shortbread cookies in glaze and sprinkled with grated waffles. mmmmmmm I still learned to bake in 1991, I'm tired of it, I probably didn't bake them for 15 years for sure.

Nice cookie! I often do that too. Only I don’t cook the icing, (I’m still fooling around with it!), But I cook it with sour cream ... Exactly 320 g is needed for this rate of flour dough products. with 5 yolks from small eggs, or 4 from large ones. And the dough is better with baking powder, after all, and not with baking soda.

Nice recipe! Only now ... I don't see this, or is there really no flour in the ingredients?

I have the following proportions written in my booklet:
6 pcs of eggs, 2.5 cups flour, 1 pack of margarine (the standard pack of margarine was then always 250 gframes, it is now molded and 200 and 220 and all that), 1-2st. l. milk. (Neither baking soda nor baking powder was included in the recipe at all.) Mash the yolks with a fork and lightly salt. Grind the margarine into crumbs with flour (that is, do not melt, but finely chop and grind with flour). Mix flour with margarine with yolks and add milk. From this amount of dough, 60 pieces of balls were obtained.
glaze: 100 gr. oil plums, 1 glass of sugar, 3 tsp. cocoa, 3 tbsp. spoons of milk. For sprinkling 2 packs of waffles. (I thought it tasted better if the waffles were sour, like "Orange").

Ah, I got the hang of rubbing the chocolate waffles.

Lyubanichand the cookies are really tasty
and a very up-to-date recipe during Easter .. when the kids eat the protein and give the yolk to their parents
Irina.T
It has been a long time since I didn’t bake these, and when I did, I put a walnut in the middle of the ball. And in order not to boil a whole egg, (if boiled proteins are not needed), separate the whites from the yolks and gently put the yolk in boiling water so that the yolk remains intact, we lower it in boiling water, and the whites can be squeezed into the bezashki.

Irina. T, How interesting! This is the first time I've come across such a method.
