The resulting fat, my men poured boiled rice. (Everything went into action.)

I used to cook meatballs and cutlets in different devices: in the oven, airfryer, pressure cooker, multicooker, VVK electric grill, Princess. Everywhere they worked well, but they differed in taste. The sausage meatballs were liked by the fact that they did not require any oil for frying, nor turning, nor supervision. She blinded, put it, turned on the timer, put it on the plates after the allotted time and served it to the table. I'm very comfortable. I will cook more than once.

Now I know what kind of filling is needed for these casings. I'll fill it with risk and just fry it in the airfryer, greasing them with mayonnaise or sour cream on top.
