Provencal herbs 1 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • Delicious, soft, fluffy and fragrant bread with a thin crispy crust. Perfectly cuts and does not crumble. I bake it on the "Diet with raisins" in "Panasonic". I put the seeds and herbs in the dispenser. You can also use such bread in French mode if you add the additives by hand before the second batch.
  • Put all the ingredients in a bread maker and wait. When bread is baked, simply the divine aroma of herbs hovers around the house! When Provencal herbs were not at hand, I just put a mixture of herbs, it also turned out delicious.
