Ingredients

kefir 1.5 stack
eggs 1 PC
sugar 3 tbsp. lodges

  • How to cook:
  • 1. Knead a soft dough (just so it doesn't stick to your hands), cover and leave to "rest" for 20 minutes.
  • 2. Then sprinkle the table with flour, divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out a rectangular layer no thinner than 1 centimeter, cut it into small rectangles, cut a hole in the middle, and turn out the tararushki like brushwood.
  • 3. Fry on 2 sides in heated vegetable oil (there should be a sufficient amount of butter, but not much, if necessary, you can add a little).
  • 4. Sprinkle the finished tararushki with powdered sugar.
