Curd cake with pears

Ingredients

butter 120 g
sugar 250 g
eggs 3 pcs.
salt pinch
cottage cheese 5% 200 g
flour 230 g
baking powder 1 tsp
vanillin
pears 1-2 pcs.
icing sugar with cinnamon taste

Cooking method

  • Beat soft butter with sugar and salt, add eggs and beat well again until sugar dissolves.
  • Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve (it is imperative that there are no lumps). Add cottage cheese to the dough, beat.
  • Pour in sifted flour with vanilla and baking powder. Stir well with a spoon until smooth.
  • Grease a 11x25 rectangular cake pan with margarine or butter, sprinkle with flour or bread crumbs. Put the dough into a mold, flatten. Cut the pears into 4 pieces, core them and cut into thin slices approximately 0.5 cm thick.
  • Stick the pieces of pears into the dough.
  • Bake at 180 ° C for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until tender, depending on the oven.
  • Cool the prepared cake in the form, after 15 minutes put on a wire rack or board and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.

Note

The cake is prepared very quickly, the flavor is unmatched.

One medium sized pear was enough for me. The second was simply nowhere to stick.
I'll show you what it turned out in the cut when it cooled down. I apologize for the quality, I photographed my phone, but in my opinion it can be seen so.
It tastes just like fontastish.

I baked your cupcake. It turned out very fragrant. I baked it in the morning, the home ones were still asleep and I did not beat it with a mixer, but rubbed it with a spoon, added cinnamon (a little) and vanillin when rubbing the margarine, and cut the pears smaller and into the dough. A very delicate and fragrant cupcake turned out (though the "roof" for some reason fell out). Thank you so much for the recipe. I will definitely bake more, now strictly according to your description.

The roof fell off most likely from the fact that you did not bake it. You put pears in the dough, and this is already excess moisture. In this case, it was necessary to increase the time.
I baked this cake last weekend, but instead of pears I put raisins and candied fruits. She kept in the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Today we just finished eating. I liked this option.
And I also noticed that the cake becomes much tastier when it stands (in my balcony in a bag, while the temperature is about 0).
I will bake in advance and keep in the cold for several days.

Yes, the crumb was damp, but not soggy, the stick was dry when I checked. There was nothing left of the cake. I myself did not expect that pears, vanilla and cinnamon would give such an aroma and wonderful taste. By the way, from your home you are also grateful, they ate and praised.

Bake more if you like it.
Try it with raisins and candied fruits, also very tasty. And try to add baking time.
The muffin dough usually takes a long time to dry, as it were, or something. The dough is heavy with a lot of baking, not like biscuit, for example. Well, it would also be nice to beat it well, and not just mix the ingredients
