Pumpkin pot with meat and rice

Ingredients

pumpkin medium 1
rice indica 1/2 cup
meat beef 250gr
salt, spices taste
onion 1 head

Cooking method

  • Cut off the top of the pumpkin, select the pulp as far as possible, cut it into small cubes, add finely chopped onion and meat. Boil rice until half cooked, add to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste, fill the pumpkin, cover with a "cap" and put in the oven, pouring some water into the baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

I made a dietary option for myself, if it were not for such a goal, I would use lamb with fat, but in general it was tasty and juicy for me.
