Ingredients

Flour 3 -3.5 st.
Butter 100 g
Milk 240 ml
Chicken egg 1 large
Honey 1/3 tbsp. (I have 2 tbsp. L. On horseback)
Fast acting dry yeast 2 tsp under the knife (I have 1.5 tsp.)
Salt in the dough 0.5 tsp
Raisins handful
Powdered sugar mixed with vanilla powder
I added 2 more tbsp to the dough. l. curd

Cooking method

  • It is advisable that all foods are at room temperature, this will speed up the process.
  • So, remember the countdown time!
  • - We take out the egg and beat it a little with salt to warm it up a little.
  • - Melt 100 g sl. oil on the stove in a small saucepan - I melted in the microwave We postpone 1 tbsp. l. for greasing finished buns.
  • - Pour milk into the butter, mix, cool a little. - I had milk from the refrigerator, so it had to be warmed up a little in the microwave after mixing with butter.
  • - Pour the mixture into the combine ((I have Kenwood), mix, add successively honey, yeast, then an egg. We mix.
  • Pour flour: first 2.5 tbsp. and knead the dough at medium speed for about five minutes. Add flour as needed. - I kneaded for 4 minutes. Flour immediately added 3 tbsp., Then another half glass, it could have been less.
  • - We take out the dough, divide by hands, greased with rust. butter, into two equal parts, then each of these two parts into two parts, we get four parts of the dough, each of which, in turn, is divided into three parts. In total, we get 12 lumps of dough.
  • - We quickly form balls from them and fold the shape, oiled, measuring 22x30 cm. I had a 22.5x22.5 cm shape at hand. We put in a warm place to go under the film for 10 minutes. - Before shaping the last three buns, I switched the Steba on to the "Frying" mode without a lid and turned it off after 3-4 minutes. She put the bun form on top of the Shteba bowl and covered it with two towels. Don't forget to turn off Shteba!

  • - Immediately turn on the oven to heat up to 180 gr.
  • - After 10-15 minutes, our buns came pretty well! We put them in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until tender. Then grease them with butter.
  • This is how the hot buns split themselves after baking.

  • In real time it took me only 35 minutes before sending the buns to the oven. If the egg and butter were at room temperature, it would come out even faster! I also added raisins, and it took quite a while to rinse, dry and stir in the dough!

Well, spend a lot of time on the formation of the ideal shape - it will not be possible to consider the shape - they will be ground by baking lovers in 5 minutes.
If you want to end up with perfectly round buns, then take a larger baking sheet and seat the buns a sufficient distance before proofing, as the dough expands very much during baking.
