Ingredients

Compressed yeast 1/4 pack (25 grams)
Water 150 grams
Sugar 1 h / l
Warm milk 200 g
Oil drain. small pieces 70 g
Flour 770 g
Pigtail cheese 2-2.5 st / l
Salt 1.5 h / l

Cooking method

  • Dissolve the pressed yeast in warm water. Add sugar to the diluted yeast, let stand for 10 minutes until the reaction starts - small bubbles. Pour the mixture with yeast into a bucket of a bread machine, then add warm milk, butter in small pieces, flour, salt. Grind the pigtail cheese. You can bake in the usual mode in which case the cheese is immediately poured into the bucket, if we use the program "with raisins" then the cheese is poured on a signal. It should be added that without the addition of bread rises higher.
