olive oil 1.5 tbsp (measured)
dry fast yeast 1 with a slide tsp (measured)

Cooking method

  • Tall, perforated, very healthy bread without crumbs!

  • Mix all the flour in one bowl and mix, I don't have a sieve, I mixed it well and for a long time))
  • First pour warm water into the bread maker and add oil.
  • Pour flour on top.
  • Put sugar in one corner, salt in another, sesame seeds in the third
  • Make a hole in the middle and put yeast in there.
  • It is not necessary that the ingredients touch each other until some moment, only known to God.
  • Set the mode - whole grain bread, large loaf 900 g, medium crust color
  • As soon as the bread maker finishes working after 3 hours 40 minutes, immediately take out the bread, put it on the wire rack and cover with a towel. Cut only after it has completely cooled down, otherwise there will be crumbs and stuck dough on the cuts.

And why put bread on 900 grams? It is enough to set 600-700 grams of flour by weight, it seems that it is not worth baking bread either.
