Pasta with scallops and sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients

pasta (preferably wide and long) 1 package
frozen scallops 500 g
sun-dried tomatoes in oil 2 tbsp. spoons
salt (salt water when cooking pasta) taste
garlic (optional) 1 clove

Cooking method

  • 1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions in salted water.
  • 2. Boil the scallops very quickly and discard (in fact, defrost in boiling water). If not laziness, remove the hard "closure" from each muscle.
  • 3. Mix the prepared pasta, scallops, sun-dried tomatoes and oil from them.
  • Enjoy!!!

Very fast and oh-oh-very tasty !!!

I dried cherry tomatoes and garlic in a dryer, then poured them in a jar with "Italian herbs" (basil, oregano) and poured olive oil. Very good preparation for pasta and salads.
If harvested without garlic, then it can be added to the finished dish.

PS I suddenly remembered how many years ago my mother made fun of me on April 1st. Says: "I cooked scallops for you there." I naturally drool to the floor, so I love them. No, I don't, I just love it! I come to the kitchen, open the pan, and there ... boiled chicken scallops and paws. She bought them for our four-legged.
