Ingredients

Warm water 400 ml
Butter (soft) 50 g
Flour (I have Makfa) 600 g
Salt 2 tsp from HP
Sugar 1.5 tsp. from HP
Dry yeast (fast acting) 1 tsp from HP
Dried chives 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Dried chives came to me for the first time quite recently. And I kept thinking where to stick it ... I decided to add white bread to my favorite and was not mistaken with the choice. The chives turned out to be very, well, just a very fragrant thing. I think that now I will bake my bread with him quite often.
  • I have this shnitt:

  • By the way, about the bread ... I bake three types of bread according to this recipe:
  • The first - with butter, the second - with vegetable (4 tablespoons), and the third instead of water is milk (450 ml) and the same 4 tablespoons. l. rast. oils.
  • I must say that the second option, the lean one, is the tastiest, but with the chives, I wanted to add butter. Skusnaaa!
  • So, we put all the products in the HP bucket, except for chives, in the order in which they are located in the "ingredients". Well, or as the manufacturer of your bread machine tells you. We expose the program "Basic", crust color - medium, weight - 1 kg. We turn on the stove and wait for the signal to add additional ingredients, well, or just look - as soon as the bun has collected all the flour, we fill up our chives.
  • Now, here's what else I wanted to say: if you want to further enhance the flavor of your bread, then fry these 50 grams of butter in a tiny frying pan. Only very lightly, to a delicious roasted flavor. Then let it cool for a couple of minutes and pour it into a bucket of bread maker. And although today it was already difficult for me to sit in the kitchen - such a spirit stood here that saliva flowed, but with toasted butter it would be out! Save yourself, who can, is called!
  • When the bread is ready, put it on the wire rack and let it cool completely. My bread maker, as you can see, does not blush the bread from above, the roof is always light-colored:
