I have a small cartoon - 10k, so if you have a large one, you can safely double the proportions.
first bake program for 40 minutes, this is enough:
pour oil into a saucepan, fry the onion cut into half rings, when the onions get tired, throw in the chicken, it is best to try to cut it into thin strips, pepper, fry it until tender (leave 3 minutes until the end of the program), it will be great if it turns out to be golden brown ( I didn't succeed, if you honestly) .. in the last minutes add your favorite soy sauce. (it will be instead of salt and the color will turn out nice)
as soon as the program ends -
put the baking again for 20 minutes:
pour boiling water almost reaching the limit line, let it boil, we get a nice broth into it, we throw rice noodles, it is cooked for exactly 10 minutes, at this time it’s time to chop the cabbage into thin strips (I separated the cabbage leaves one at a time, cut out the solid center, the rest chopped), 2 minutes before the noodles are ready, you need to throw in the cabbage, and after 2 minutes turn off the program by force, if there is still time.
it is better not to leave in heating mode, just leave it with the lid closed for an hour, and before serving, you can sprinkle it with a green onion, just not thickly.
