Vienna mushroom goulash Wiener Pilzgulasch

Ingredients

Mushrooms 1 liter can
Onion 150gr
Sour cream 250
Flour 1 st. l.
Salt pepper
Greens
Lemon juice 1h l.

Cooking method

  • Very tasty and simple !!!!!
  • Peel the mushrooms (if fresh) or drain through a sieve (if canned).
  • Chop the onion and fry in oil, at the end of frying, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice, take a little less juice if the sour cream is sour.
  • Put mushrooms in a pan and fry them for at least 5 minutes, watch when ready.
  • Mix flour with sour cream and add the drained juice, make a uniform filling.
  • Pour mushrooms in a pan, mix quickly, boil for 1 minute.
  • Transfer to a dose and place in the oven for 200 * minutes for 15.
  • This stage, it seems to me, can be omitted and simply boiled for a longer time in a pan.
  • It turns out to be extremely tasty !! Bon Appetit!!

Lerele! Still not tasty! After all, the classics of the genre are mushrooms with sour cream! But, lemon juice in a sauce is new to me. Thanks for the interesting twist on the recipe!
Lerele
Mikhaska, to taste slightly sour mushrooms are obtained, not like from a marinade, but differently, but tasty and not bland.
