Austrian potatoes (Polaris Floris 0508D and Kitchen 0507D)

Ingredients

potatoes 700 g
butter 50 g
flour 2 tbsp
chicken bouillon 300 ml
vinegar 2 tbsp

Cooking method

  • This healthy side dish can be served with any grilled meat and ham slices.
  • For cooking, I took half the ingredients.

  • Cut the peeled potatoes into equal pieces. Dip in salted boiling water and cook on the Steam cooking mode for 15 minutes. Drain the potatoes.
  • We turn on the Frying mode for 15 minutes. When the countdown begins, we begin to melt the butter in the multicooker bowl. Pour in flour. Saute for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour in the broth and vinegar in a thin stream, stirring vigorously so that no lumps form. Season to taste.
  • Cut the tubers into slices and put them in the sauce. You can cook with the same program for the remaining time or with Stew for 15 minutes, until the potatoes become soft, but turn into porridge. Transfer to a preheated dish and serve hot.
