Gefeullte Gleucksschweinchen (stuffed with Happy Piggies)

Ingredients

Flour 500 g
Eggs 1 PC
Milk 250 ml
Butter 50 g
Sugar 50 g
Dry yeast 2.5 measuring spoons
Egg for coating 1 PC
Strawberry jam
Black chocolate
Salt 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Autumn interested me in this recipe, especially its name and of course the original result.
  • The Germans make any filling, it can be salty, spicy, sweet, those as your heart desires!
  • Let's start
  • Heat milk with butter to 37 gr.
  • Put sugar, salt, flour and yeast there.
  • Knead the dough smooth, about 10 minutes kneading, 15 minutes in HP.
  • Leave for proofing for 30-40 minutes.
  • Gefeullte Gleucksschweinchen (stuffed with Happy Piggies)
  • As the dough comes up, we take it out with flour sprinkled on the surface and start preparing our pigs.
  • We cut off a piece of dough and roll it into a layer. I rolled on a typewriter to 4 ki. Thinner is not necessary.
  • Gefeullte Gleucksschweinchen (stuffed with Happy Piggies)
  • Cut out the circles. We take a small cap and cut out the nose of the pig.
  • We make triangles with a knife and these will be ears for pigs.
  • Gefeullte Gleucksschweinchen (stuffed with Happy Piggies)
  • We lubricate all the details with a testicle. This is necessary for the dough to stick together.
  • For the filling, I took strawberry jam and dark chocolate.
  • We take the circles and put the greased side up. We spread a teaspoon of jam or put a chocolate cube. Sprinkle the jam with starch.
  • Gefeullte Gleucksschweinchen (stuffed with Happy Piggies)
  • Cover with a second circle and seal the edges well.
  • We take the spout and stick the sides of the greased to the face, make two holes.
  • And we also glue the ears and bend them like a pig's.
  • Gefeullte Gleucksschweinchen (stuffed with Happy Piggies)
  • We spread it on a tarp covered with parchment and put in a preheated oven to 200 gr. we bake for 15 minutes, but we look in our oven, maybe they will brown faster, and maybe slower.
  • We take out of the oven and put the pieces of chocolate for the peephole.
  • At the exit we get rosy pigs !!!

Note

If you want the pigs to turn out glossy, then you need to grease with an egg at the end of baking.

What lovely spots!
Masha, bravo!
I was interested in the dough. Mash, how sweet did it turn out if you bite without filling?
I'll try. Only the filling will probably be satisfying.
Masinen
Ksenia, Thank you! The dough turned out to be not very sweet, because I don't like cloying. Those you can put salty filling in it and there will be no conflict of tastes.
Try it by all means!
The dough grows before our eyes. While I was making spare parts, it grew right on the table, so airy and does not stick to your hands!
And I promised the kids to make sweets))
Galleon-6
Oh how pretty
Masinen
Galleon-6, Elena thanks))
When I dug out this recipe, I decided for myself that I would definitely make it !! It happens, it just sat down in my soul)

Oh, Mash, such a positive from pigs goes straight. I will definitely do it for my daughters. Thank you.
Masinen
olgea, Olya, thanks!
These pigs can be done with the kids!
My daughter does not go to kindergarten now, so she helped me, she had so much happiness !!

Ligra
Masinen, for kids super pig farm

Piggy, or what?
Olga VB
Mashun, and the measuring spoons are teaspoons or what?
Masinen
Anna, I'll die laughing)

Olga VB, Ol, this is a plastic spoon from HP. I sprinkle yeast all over her.
Olga VB
And in the teaspoons? Or grams?
Masinen
Ol, so this is a teaspoon. Look at 500 grams of flour, I always put 10 grams of fresh or 2 tablespoons of dry. And then I added half more))

I found
1h l. dry yeast = 6-8g fresh yeast,
1.5h l. dry yeast = 10g fresh yeast,
2h l. dry yeast = 12g fresh yeast,
NataliARH
how lovely)))
Baba Valya
Oh, what cool pigs !!! Piglets are so ruddy !!! It is imperative to do it, especially since the dough is universal (sweet / salty can be used). THANKS for bookmarking
Masinen
NataliARH, Baba Valya, Thank you so much!
Masinen
poiuytrewq, I honestly looked for a recipe on the forum, but it didn't give me anything))

ang-kay
What pretty pigs! And delicious!
garifimovna
Thanks for the idea, I often get good dough - that's what my eaters say - but pigs haven't been our guests yet. Thanks again.
They can be made with curd.
kil
Oh, it's good that the second recipe was found, here's an idea from there ...
(y) I'll also put in my 5 kopecks.
Remember how to sculpt dumplings with a glass? This is exactly how you can do the body of a pig.
Roll out two layers (cakes) of dough. After a certain distance, put the filling on the first cake. Then it covers it with a second layer. And squeeze out the circles with a glass, trying to keep the filling in the center. It turns out the cut is smooth and pretty. And you don't need to pinch anything. And it will be faster. Masinen
ang-kay, garifimovna, Thank you!
Yes, you can have any filling!
kil, by the way, it should be done faster !!

how to sculpt dumplings with a glass?

So I did just that today, only not with a glass, but with a 0.5 jar. Nothing leaked out and stuck up perfectly. Filling an apple circle with sugar and cinnamon. I'll take a picture now. Thanks to Masha for the idea. The tribe, I think, will be delighted.

Gefeullte Gleucksschweinchen (stuffed with Happy Piggies)

And these are my "grimy" pigs (I added poppy to the dough and the egg lay a little spotty) - in general, we got real pigs.
Masinen
Irinawhat fatties !! Cool !!
And what kind of filling did you make?
filirina
Filling an apple circle with sugar and cinnamon
Masinen
Irina, sorry, I saw about the filling))))
I seem to have read it, but when I saw the piglets and forgot about the filling))
filirina
Masha, these are probably infectious piglets. Today I saw the recipe for a pig, dropped everything and ran to sculpt the pigs. (this does not happen to me every day)
Masinen
So it's great when the recipe hooks! I, too, always immediately run to execute if something hooks!
Scops owl
Thanks for the pig. : flowers: Maria, look at my farm.
