Cheese buns for breakfast

Ingredients

dry yeast 1 tsp
wheat flour c. from. 250 g
milk 160 g
salt 0.75 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp. l
butter 25 g
vegetable oil 10 g
hard cheese 65 g

Cooking method

  • Grate cheese on a fine grater.
  • Mix yeast with flour (leave 30 grams of flour), add warm milk, salt, sugar and cheese. Knead the dough for 7-8 minutes.
  • Add remaining flour, softened butter and vegetable oil. Knead a soft, non-sticky dough. Fermentation at room temperature for 30-40 minutes (1).
  • Cheese buns for breakfast
  • Knead the dough, divide into six equal parts. Form round buns.
  • Place in a dish greased with a drop of vegetable oil and covered with baking paper (2).
  • Remove the form in a large plastic bag (tie the ends of the bag). Refrigerate for 10-12 hours (3).
  • Allow the buns to warm at room temperature for about an hour and a half before baking (4).
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 230C (convection 210C) degrees with steam for the first 7-8 minutes, then lower the temperature to 190C (convection 170C) degrees and bring the rolls to readiness.
  • Serve warm. Bon Appetit!
