Chicken with olives (Polaris PMC 0509AD)

Ingredients

a hen 1 PC
Champignon 150 g
tomatoes 4
wine 150 ml
onion 1 PC
garlic 1 clove
tomato paste 1 tablespoon
olives 100 g
rosemary, bay leaf taste

Cooking method

  • We take:
  • 1 chicken
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of tomato paste
  • 4 tomatoes (I replaced with tomato juice)
  • 1 large onion
  • clove of garlic
  • 150 gr champignons (I have forest mushrooms)
  • 100 gr green olives
  • salt, pepper, beech garni (bay leaf, parsley, thyme)
  • We cut the chicken into pieces, fry it, then add chopped onions and garlic, fry everything together, salt, pepper, fill everything with wine, add tomato paste, finely chopped tomatoes peeled and seeds and simmer for half an hour. Then add the olives and chopped champignons and simmer for another 15 minutes.
  • I fried the chicken in a pan, so it was more convenient and faster for me in the morning, and put it in a slow cooker. I didn't buy white wine yesterday. Filled was at home Merlot Fanagoria. I put rosemary and bay leaves from the spices. I have mushrooms champignons. I put the tomatoes. I put it on extinguishing mode (two hours by default) in the morning, and galloped off to work. Everything is ready, it is heated, All the same, the charm of a multicooker is that when it once helps out a lot.
