Stew "Bolognese"

Stew Bolognese

Ingredients

Ground beef 350 g
Olive oil 2st. l.
Garlic 1 tooth
Bulb onions 100 g
Tomato paste 1 st. l.
Tomatoes in their own juice (I have them twisted through a meat grinder) 200 g
Cheese 30 g
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Dice the onion and carrots. Pass the garlic through a press.
  • Fry the onions in heated olive oil, add garlic, carrots, minced meat in sequence. Fry, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
  • Add tomato paste, tomatoes, season to taste. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
  • Serve with pasta. I have pasta according to THIS recipe.

I watched the program on Kitchen. TV is just about Bolognese. There they said that they cook Bolognese up to 4 hours. At the same time, milk is consistently added from the beginning, then dry wine. They say that the longer you stew, the tastier. To be honest, I tried to cook according to this recipe. My husband and I liked this dish. As a result, I cooked in a slow cooker for about 3 hours.
