Pea flap (Polaris 0305)

Ingredients

Peas (split) 2 glasses
Water 4 glasses
Onion (medium) 1 PC.
Vegetable oil 2-3 st. l.
Garlic 2 cloves
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Clean onions, mine, cut. Garlic too. We wash the peas.
  • Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil (Fry, pressure 2, 5 minutes). We spread the peas, mix, fill with water. Turn on the Legumes mode, pressure 2, 30 minutes.
  • When I opened it (I didn't release the pressure), the onions were all on peas. Stirred, salt to taste. I left it for 15 minutes on heating, but you can not leave it. The density is average.
  • Bon Appetit!

The dish is designed for

8-10 servings.

Time for preparing:

5 + 30 minutes.

Cooking program:

Frying, Legumes.

Note

- Use oil with a scent: tastier.
- Salt at the end, because I like it more ... I tried it.

Lena, this is a pea porridge with onion fried. Take split peas.

I guessed right with the pea variety .... cool! I don’t argue ... here I was cooking pea soup, peas to dust, and the porridge was badly boiled ... it was different peas in a sense ...
