And I ... And I ... I fell with a temperature (((
and hubby didn't go to the store ... Didn't bring me a liver ...
Tomorrow I'll look at Dixie after school. But the smell of pate on hot bread haunted me all day!

Look, Galyun, my report:
Turkey liver pate in a multicooker Shteba DD2
Delicious! And Timon really liked it!
Special thanks for the idea of whipping up "minced meat" in Profikushka. As you remember, I had only beef liver, I had to remove all the films and veins. But then Proficushka whipped it all up, I was even surprised - into an absolutely smooth, glossy, homogeneous mass! It is very convenient to pour this mass directly from a jug into pots. The pâté is so interesting baked, it's all full of craters:

The only thing is that only when I tasted it, I understood why it doesn't smear. It's not about the butter at all, as I used to think. And the fact is that the liver was originally raw, and the protein was baked already in pots, where it linked all the fibers together. So here, anyway, you will not get a lubricating consistency. Sorry for misinformation.
But this does not diminish his dignity in the least. The pate is really tasty, tender and very juicy (the broth is gurgling inside!)

it is really drop dead gentle ...
Yeah, yeah, and now I know that beef liver also turns out super cool!
So your recipe, I think, is unlikely to be "gathering dust on the shelf"!

Well beauty !!!!
Tasty, very good, but it bothers me a little that it doesn't smear.

Thank you, Irish!
I know this foie gru, but I don’t make it myself. What for?! Manka feeds me with it!
So why strain something!

Girls, my husband adds more butter to the finished pate and kneads it with a fork. Only then is the pate smeared. Vkuuusno :)

We always made the pate differently, boiled the liver, then scrolled it in a meat grinder with butter and additives, then it was smeared. And here it is tender, tasty, but grainy and pouring from the bumper

In Shtebochka, I made pate according to two recipes. Therefore, and even without preliminary frying vegetables (sorry, I don't remember the author). Both crumble until you add more butter to the ready-made pate.

Galina, tell me, and then the glasses don't smell?

I just want to make yogurt in them
Elena Tim
Can't you answer Galin?
No, Irin, cups do not smell. They are ceramic, so they do not absorb any odors and wash well.

marlanca, and from our family, thanks for the wonderful recipe! Made in the staff, and the leftovers in the microwave on the meat mode. It turned out delicious, a little drier in the microwave. An excellent option for cooking liver !!!

Thanks for the recipe. I also made the remainder in glasses in a glass jar with a screw cap - you can probably keep it in the refrigerator for a long time. Now you can make pate for future use

Finally I got to this recipe. Everyone was going to update the stems of the cups, but ....
And here it is so yummy! The chicken liver was twisted in a meat grinder, then with butter, frying and cream, "leg" crushed. It turned out very tasty, my husband and I obviously liked it.

Thanks again for the recipe. Of the few I've tried, this is the best liver soufflé for me.

I had to part with Shteba, I missed the pate very much, the cups remained, but I can't figure out which program, or choose what temperature and time at Ourson. Maybe someone did it in another multicooker-pressure cooker, tell me, please.
