Ingredients

Quick-cooking oat flakes 0.5 tbsp (250ml)
Bitter chocolate (55% - 85%) 0.5 standard tiles
Cream or liquor 1 tsp
Banana 1 large
Nuts (almonds) 10 - 15 pieces
Lemon and zest Half a lemon wedge and zest.

Cooking method

For me, this recipe is from the category of masterpiece trifles. It prepares in 5 minutes, but I remember about it, when I want something sweet, I don’t want to mess around.
I don't really like this word either - it's a masterpiece, and, by and large, I'm indifferent to chocolate, as well as to bananas. But this version of a sweet dessert, cookies, sweets, I don't even know what to call it, is very often present in our refrigerator.
I have been doing this for a long time and in different variations, I propose the main option.
Rub the oatmeal by hand, grate a nut in them and dry in a skillet. I am doing this now in the Princess Pizza Maker on a non-stick mat or paper (3 - 4 minutes).

Take a bowl and squeeze the juice from one half-slice of lemon to the bottom. Add peeled banana there and mash well with a fork, but not until viscous puree. Add some zest. Add dried flakes.

In another bowl, melt half a bar of dark (or not very, but not milk) chocolate in the microwave. (You can add a teaspoon of cream)
Quickly stir together the oatmeal, banana and melted chocolate.

Place 6-8 cakes on baking paper or silicone mat with a spoon and freeze in the freezer for 2-3 hours.

Transfer to a container and store in the freezer, taking out before drinking coffee or tea, so that the candies come off and soften a little.

I sometimes add a teaspoon of liqueur or a microscopic pinch of nutmeg, like this time!
