What the first experience showed:
Large and medium-sized pasta cracks when dried. Not all, about a third. They cook for a long time. For myself, I concluded that they need to be cooked only fresh: made-cooked-ate. Either the dough is needed for them. But the fujili dried well and cooked well. The little macaroons are also well dried, but have not cooked yet.

And at one time I did not buy a piece for kneading for Regina and, as a result, almost did not use it. And how hard it seemed to squeeze it all out. As a result, I just bought an electric pro pasta delta. Yes, there are not so many and not such a variety of attachments, but the effort is spent several times less.
